Shipping Policy

Dispatch Time

We aim to dispatch successful orders within 48 hours on business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays will be processed on the next business day. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order is placed.

UK Shipping

Standard Shipping:
Arrives within 2-3 business days. During sale periods, processing and delivery may take an additional 4-6 business days.

Express Shipping (Mon-Thu):

Available at certain times. Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM (midday) to be dispatched the same day. We use Tracked & Signed Service. For further questions, you can email us on sales@houseoffatima.co.uk.

Note: Express shipping is unavailable from Friday to Sunday. Orders placed with express shipping on these days will be shipped the next business day.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Orders typically arrive within 7-10 business days. During sale periods, processing and delivery may take an additional 4-6 business days.

Once a package leaves our warehouse, we have limited control over it. The delivery times listed are estimations, and HOUSE OF FATIMA is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier.

Incorrect Shipping Address/Details

Please ensure the shipping address provided is correct and that someone is available to receive and sign for your order. The shipping address cannot be changed once your package has been dispatched. If your shipping address is incorrect, contact us immediately for changes. No shipping refunds will be issued for incorrect addresses.

Taxes & Duties

We are a UK-based company, so there will be no fees for receiving packages within the UK.

For international orders, taxes and duties may apply. These costs are imposed by your local customs office and are not included in our online store prices. They must be paid by the customer receiving the goods. HOUSE OF FATIMA is not responsible for these charges and cannot estimate them prior to your order.

If you refuse to pay additional fees, your package will be sent back to us, and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus the shipping charges. HOUSE OF FATIMA is not responsible if your order is not received, is missing, or is abandoned by the courier. Different countries have varying package handling guidelines, which can sometimes make it difficult to locate packages.
