Return Policy

Returns

Our policy is valid for 7 days from the delivery date of your purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange if more than 7 days have passed since your delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Returns will be refused if the item has a scent of perfume, marks from make-up, deodorant, or any other odors. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if return procedures are not followed.


Refunds (if applicable)

To initiate a return, email us at sales@houseoffatima.co.uk with your receipt or proof of purchase and order number. Please indicate in your email that you wish to return the item and request a refund. Send your item using a trackable shipping service:


Include a note with your name and order number inside the package. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 working days.


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company and bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@houseoffatima.co.uk.


Sale Items / Offers (if applicable)

Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, sale and discounted items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Exchanges will be refused if the item has a scent of perfume, marks from make-up, deodorant, or any other odors. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if return procedures are not followed.

If you need to exchange an item, email us at sales@houseoffatima.co.uk and send your item using a trackable shipping service:


Include a note with your name and order number inside the package. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
